Thank you for shopping with Luna Mortis. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons (especially around Halloween), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

We fulfill orders through CJ Dropshipping. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada, Mexico: 7–14 business days
  • Japan, Philippines, China, Dominican Republic: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Promotional free shipping offers may apply — check our store for current deals.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Luna Mortis has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at dm@lunamortis.com and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Luna Mortis is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately before your order is processed.
